CEO, Margarite Alvarez, is a nationally published author on the subject of home care, and is active locally here on the Monterey Peninsula and statewide, working as a tireless advocate for patient rights, patient care and quality medical services.

Care Solutions offers a caring environment that encourages interaction and a “team” spirit with each person as an integral part of the company’s total. Many skilled staff members have been with the company for up to 15 years and have grown professionally and personally, advancing to greater responsibility and management positions. Our “team” includes a physician Medical Director, a Clinical Supervisor RN, Psychiatric Nurse, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Medical Social Worker, Care Managers, Home Health Aides, and a behind the scene staff of very knowledgeable team members who coordinate the volumes of paperwork, insurance, medical records, intake processing and so much more.
